A note from us! Important: Kindly plan your orders ahead as time constraints or express deliveries won't be entertained.

🧼 Returns and Refunds
To protect the hygiene and safety of every baby we serve, all Just Bumm products are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
📦 Shipping Costs:
- We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders above INR 2499.
- For orders below INR 2499, a standard shipping charge of INR 49 will be applied.
🕰️ Order Processing and Delivery:
- We carefully process and ship your order within 24-72 working hours.
- Typically, you can look forward to receiving your package within 7-10 working days.
📍 Address Changes:
If you notice an error in your delivery address, please reach out to us immediately after placing your order so we can try to fix it before it leaves our care. We move fast to get things ready!
🚚 Dispatch and Tracking:
- We do our very best to dispatch your order within 24 to 72 working hours.
- Sundays and Public or Local Holidays are our time to rest, so no orders are shipped on those days. Mommy Kru would love to send love as soon as possible, but logistics do not work on such days!
- Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email and a WhatsApp message with your tracking number so you can follow its journey.
⏳ Delivery Time & Logistics:
- Mommy Kru says you can expect your order within 3 to 10 working days from the date of dispatch.
- This timeframe is an estimate based on your distance from our warehouse; we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by our logistics partners.
- While we will make reasonable efforts to ask couriers to speed up a delayed delivery, we cannot guarantee they can do so immediately.
- Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded solely because of a delay caused by the logistics provider.
✍️ Accurate Addresses
- Ensuring your delivery address is complete and accurate - including door number, apartment name, street, postal code, and landmarks - is your responsibility.
- If an order is returned to us because of an incomplete or inaccurate address, we are unable to provide a refund.
- You will be responsible for the additional shipping charges to reship your order, which include the cost of the return-to-origin plus the new shipping fee.
🚪 Missed Deliveries
- If you aren't home, the courier may try to redeliver or leave a notice for you to collect your package from a designated spot, like a post office.
- It is your responsibility to pick up the order within the courier's specified timeframe.
- If the order is returned to us because it wasn't collected, we will not be able to offer a refund because Mommy Kru has put in a lot of effort to send your package!
📱 Order Tracking & Communication
- We rely on our Parents Kru to track their orders and report any delays to us via WhatsApp.
- Because we ship thousands of orders daily, we need you to notify us of delays so we can investigate and help.
- The 3-10 day delivery estimate starts from the date of dispatch, not the day you placed the order.
- Estimated Delivery Dates (EDD) from couriers are just estimates; for instance, India Post does not provide an EDD at all.
✈️ Planning for Travel
- If you are traveling abroad soon, please place your order well in advance.
- We likely cannot meet your needs if you order less than 7 days before you depart.
- If you have a strict deadline, please let us know ahead of time so we can arrange express shipping with a 'to pay' mode. Mommy Kru always keeps her promise so she does not give out such promises. Logistics side delay may occur despite express mode, so there should atleast be 7 days short notice!
📮 Preferred Couriers & Express Shipping
- If you prefer a specific courier, please tell us before you order and cover the extra charges. Like DTDC buddies!
- We may not always be able to accommodate specific courier requests. Mommy Kru may be very far away from such courier offices. So we will use the standard service because the Postal Kru is so lovely!
- We don't currently offer express shipping; all orders go through our standard delivery service.
⛈️ Unavoidable Delays & Respectful Communication
- We ask for your patience during weather events, strikes, elections or holidays where delays are out of our hands. Mommy Kru says, we should be patient.
- We strive to provide excellent service and expect to be treated with respect; we do not tolerate rude, derogatory, or abusive language. Mommy Kru does not like to treated like that. Kru is all about warmth, support and connection!
🔎 Incorrect Delivery Remarks
- If your order is marked Delivered but you haven't seen it, please verify with security, family, or neighbors first.
- If it's still missing, we will file a complaint with India Post or respective logistics, and we request that you also call the delivery person or your local post office with your tracking number.
- Just Bumm cannot be responsible for incorrect markings confirmed by a valid Proof of Delivery (POD).
- Please do not accept tampered packages; Mommy Kru always secures your packages. Transportation handling may be pretty tough. Kindly refuse such packages. For Such packages, even if returned, Kru will take care of it and send it forward!
🚪Delivery Tracking:
- Most courier services, including India Post, send text messages to notify customers when their orders are out for delivery. Please ensure you are available to receive the delivery.
- Occasionally, a courier service's website may experience downtime or server errors that can temporarily prevent you from tracking your order. Please try again after some time.
- If the "Track Your Order" button on our website is not functioning, you can track your order using the tracking number provided on the respective courier's website.
🏡 Special Note for Tamil Nadu

📱 Verifying Delivery Status:
- Verifying the delivery status may take 24-72 working hours and depends on the response time from the logistics provider. We appreciate your patience during this process.
- In some cases, your delivery address may be outside the designated door-to-door delivery area. In such cases, you will be required to collect your order from the nearest post office or courier office. We cannot guarantee door-to-door delivery for all orders.
🚚 Reshipping Undelivered or Returned Orders:
- Please be aware that undelivered or returned orders can only be reshipped to you once they have been received back at our warehouse.
- This process can take additional time, depending on the efficiency of the courier service and the distance your order needs to travel.
- We will notify you once your return has been processed and we are prepared to reship your order post the reshipping fee is paid!
📦 Lost Parcels:
- Unfortunately, there is a higher risk of lost parcels with some private courier services. In the event that a parcel is lost by a private courier service:
- We are not reimbursed for the full value of the order, including both the product cost and the shipping cost.
- We may receive a credit for the shipping cost from the courier service, but not a monetary refund.
- To minimize the risk of lost parcels, we primarily rely on India Post for order fulfillment. India Post has a proven track record of safe and secure deliveries.
- In the very rare event that a parcel is lost by any courier service, we will take all reasonable steps to resolve the situation. This may involve filing a claim with the courier service or providing you with a replacement product or store credit but not a monetary refund.
📱Mobile Number Accuracy:
It is crucial that you provide a valid mobile number for order communication. An incorrect mobile number may result in non-delivery of your order and difficulty contacting you regarding delivery updates.
🔎 Order Verification and Changes:
- We encourage you to carefully review your order details, including your shipping address and mobile number, before placing your order.
- If you notice any errors within 2 hours of placing your order, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to modify the information before your order is shipped.
- Please note that address and mobile number changes cannot be made once your order has been shipped. In such cases:
- We will need to cancel the original shipment and initiate a return.
- You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with reshipping your order to the correct address.
- We reserve the right to refuse order cancellations or refunds if the error originates from your input of incorrect information.
📍Product Information and Sizing:
- Mommy Kru strive to provide detailed size and product information for each item on our website. We encourage you to carefully review this information before placing your order.
- To avoid impulsive purchases, we recommend that you thoroughly consider your needs and preferences before adding items to your cart.
- We do not recommend ordering products simply to see "how they look" in person. For this reason, we are unable to offer size exchanges.
- You have a minimum of 24 hours after placing your order to verify the size information and make any necessary changes.
- We will not approve size exchanges for orders that have already been delivered. Size exchange requests after delivery are considered a misuse of resources and not a genuine mistake.
💵 Cash on Delivery (COD) Rules
- All COD orders require OTP verification before they can be shipped.
- A Convenience fee of ₹79 is applied to all COD orders.
- Exchanges of any kind, including sizing, are not permitted for COD orders.
- If a COD order is returned to us, it will not be reshipped.
- COD orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped.
- Failure to accept a COD order may unfortunately restrict your ability to use the COD option in the future.
