To protect the hygiene of every little one and maintain our no-compromise standards, Mommy Kru has put together these detailed guidelines. These rules are in place to ensure that our community remains fair and safe for all parents.

🍼 Mommy Kru’s Return & Exchange Policy

The Purity Standard

  • All Just Bumm products are non-returnable to ensure every baby receives a fresh, untouched product.
  • Items bought during a sale or on offer are final sale and not eligible for exchange, return, or refund.
  • We do not encourage ordering for try-ons, trials, or window shopping; please be sure of your choice before joining the Kru.

How Exchanges Work

  • Exchanges are only eligible for orders made directly through our home store at https://justbumm.com.
  • If you ordered through an external site or third party, please contact them directly for their specific policies.
  • To request an exchange, please email wesupport@justbumm.com with your reasons; all requests are reviewed and approved by the Just Bumm team.
  • Requests for exchange must be prompted within 2 hours of delivery.
  • Size for each product is clearly listed in the description and size chart; we cannot bear shipping fees if these details were missed during ordering.
  • We will happily exchange sizes for free if requested before your order ships.
  • If an exchange is made before dispatch, it is free of cost provided the order value is above INR 2499.
  • Size exchange exceptions after delivery require verification, and shipping fees must be borne by the customer unless we sent the wrong size.
  • Exchanges can only be made for items of the same order value, and discounts do not apply to the exchange process.

Handcrafted Nature & Color Notes

  • Because our products are handmade, slight variations in prints, colors, stitching, or size (within +/- 1-2 cm) may occur between batches; these are natural signs of handcrafted apparel and not defects.
  • We do not fulfill color exchanges unless the wrong color was sent (for example, receiving Creepy Crawlies instead of The Secret Garden).
  • Mild color variations, such as a Magenta print appearing red on your screen are not eligible for exchange.
  • For combo packs, colors are assorted and images are for representation only; you may receive different colors than what is shown in videos or photos.
  • We strictly do not entertain color-based or gender-based discrimination regarding the colors you receive.
  • If a color exchange is insisted upon for assorted packs, the customer must bear the calculated shipping fee.

Defects & Shipping Damage

  • Products are considered defective only if there are broken snaps, damaged fabric, or cosmetic flaws affecting performance.
  • Defective items can be exchanged if you provide proof of purchase and an unboxing video.
  • Please never accept a tampered package; reject it at delivery and inform us immediately via WhatsApp Support.
  • Just Bumm is not responsible for damage that occurs during shipping or transportation.

The Exchange Journey

  • Once an exchange is approved, send the products in their original packaging via Speed Post to: Applecake Enterprises Private Limited, 18/2/133A3, Sankari Road, Seetharampalayam PO, Tiruchengode, Namakkal, Tamilnadu - 637209.
  • The exchange process only moves forward after we receive and inspect your items; they must be unwashed and unused.
  • If approved, any price difference and exchange shipping fees must be paid before we ship your new items.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders made online are not eligible for cancellation or refund; only exchanges are permitted.
  • COD orders are strictly ineligible for exchange or refund.
  • Refunds cannot be made if you fail to send the product back or send it without our prior approval.
  • In the rare, exceptional case that a return and refund are agreed upon by both parties, the item must be in its original packaging.
  • Approved refunds are processed as store credit or coupons only, with the original shipping fee deducted.
  • If a monetary refund is insisted upon in these rare cases, we must deduct PG & Convenience charges: 2.3% for UPI/Net Banking or 3.5% for Cards/Wallets (PG charges) + Convenience charge of 1% of Order Value.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from any processed refund.

Final Say - The final decision on all exchange and refund requests remains with Just Bumm.
