Can I reuse the outer cover once the pad is full?
No! Once the pad/diaper is full, you must remove it completely. The Outer cover must be washed before reusing.
Will it be bulky for newborn babies?
Newborn diapers are size adjustable. So it will look big on a 1 month old baby and small on a 7 months old baby. Big look and bulky are two different things. So Cloth diapers look big and not bulky.
